Field Service Representative (Millwork Stocker)

Description:

The representative will be working on a contract basis to service Lowe's stores on a full or part-time basis. Each Representative will be responsible for stocking molding, stair parts, corner blocks and columns, on a weekly basis. Must be able to lift 50 punds repetitively.

Each store visit will last from 2 to 4 hours on average. Contract pay is from $40 to $60 per weekly store visit, depending on the volume in your particular market.

Essential Functions:

1. Visit and stock deliveries at all store in his/her group weekly.
2. Build a strong vendor-customer relationship with members of the organization in the facilities which the FSR services.
3. The FSR must pack out (Stock) products no later than 36 hours after each designated delivery.
4. Regular and punctual attendance required.
5. Maintains and documents completed work assignments and communicates this to the Corporate Office as required (Daily).
6. Such other duties and assignments that shall be made from time to time to employee from any member of the Company's management.

Requirements:

1. Must submit a request for vacation time or planned leave of absence (medical, etc.) a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance.  
2. Must contact ESS corporate immediately for sick or emergency absence.
3. Should be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
4. Should be able to communicate and work independently on a set route schedule.
5. Should be able to communicate and work with customers in a professional manner.
6. Should maintain a neat appearance and dress code when servicing the stores in the route with the "Personal Appearance Policy".
7. Should have good organizational and sequencing skills.
8. Should have the ability to use a fax machine, copier and pc.
9. Must sign a contract.

Physical Demands:

1. Requires ordinary conversation, hearing, and visual acuity.
2. Ability to bend and kneel occasionally.
3. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move about the stores while servicing.
4. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds repetively.
